Hydroponic Farm
Growing agricultural education and equitable food access.
Lifespan Local’s hydroponic farm is at the center of our mission to provide agricultural education and access to healthy, fresh food for our Southwest Denver community. A method of growing food without soil, hydroponic farming makes it possible to grow plants efficiently in controlled settings, such as greenhouses or indoor spaces.
Year-round, we grow, harvest, and donate fresh produce to 80 to 140 families through Lifespan’s family & friends food network. We also host volunteer work days, gardening workshops, and educational classes that teach kids and adults how to grow food using hydroponic systems.
