Our rooms are available for reservation from 8am - 8:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Please reach out to us for reservations outside of normal operating hours.

Important info for guests/reservation holders

General:

  • Standard hours of availability are 8 am – 8:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

    • Additional security required for weekends at $50/hr.

  • Liquor license available as needed, required minimum 30 days advance notice and additional $200 fee.

    • Security required for all events with alcohol.

  • TVs with HDMI access (HDMI cords not included) in most reservable rooms.

  • AV system in the Community Event Space includes a projector, two tower speakers with audio connection via Bluetooth or cable, and four microphones. The system is available for use at an extra fee.

  • Food vendors cooking on site must have liability insurance and submit a current certificate to staff before event date.

  • Community Event Space

    Capacity - 85-100

    Our largest space, contains 18 tables and 85 chairs. Popular for parties, conferences, award ceremonies, exercise classes, etc. AV system available for use at an extra fee.

  • Training Space

    Capacity - 20

    Contains 8 tables and 20 rolling chairs. Popular for trainings, meetings, demonstrations, etc. Equipped with TV and HDMI access. 

  • Seminar 1

    Capacity - 30

    Contains 12 tables and 30 chairs. Popular for trainings, meetings, demonstrations, etc. Equipped with TV and HDMI access. 

  • Seminar 2

    Capacity - 12 

    Contains 4 tables and 12 chairs. Popular for meetings, smaller trainings, etc. Equipped with TV and HDMI access. 

  • Seminar 3

    Capacity - 12

    Contains 4 tables and 12 chairs. Popular for meetings, smaller trainings, etc. Equipped with TV and HDMI access. 

  • Group 1

    Capacity - 8

    Contains 2 tables and 8 chairs. Popular for smaller meetings, study sessions, etc. Equipped with TV and HDMI access. 

  • Group 3

    Capacity - 3

    Contains 1 table, 1 rolling chair, and 2 chairs. Popular for small meetings, as a study space, as a personal office, etc. Not equipped with TV or HDMI access. 

  • Teaching Kitchen

    Capacity - 15
    Equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, 4 sinks, and 2 electric cooktops. Perfect for cooking classes or large home cooking projects. Can accommodate both children and adults. 

  • Kidzone

    Capacity - 15

    ** Only available in conjunction with another room reservation. Parents/guardians must be in building for the entirety of the child’s stay in the Kidzone.

    Childcare space equipped with books, toys, a magnetic sand table, a play kitchen, and more. Please contact for additional information.
