About the Organization
At Denver Preschool Program (DPP), we believe every child deserves a strong foundation for success. We commit to strengthening and funding early childhood education for Denver families, helping children thrive in kindergarten and beyond. 
Using tuition credits funded by a dedicated city sales tax, we make preschool more affordable—providing support for all 4-year-olds and many 3-year-olds. Families can access credits on a sliding scale to cover up to 100% of preschool costs for those most in need. 
We ensure high-quality learning through our Quality Improvement framework, which supports educators with professional development, coaching, classroom materials, and financial grants. 
You’ll also find DPP caring for the whole community—through outreach in many languages, advocacy work, and research that demonstrates the long-term benefits of quality early education.
