At Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains (LFSRM), we believe that economic stability is the cornerstone of freedom. Our Road to Economic Freedom Employment Program is designed to support individuals who are ready to build a more secure and self-sufficient future.
Through this program, participants receive practical job training, supportive services, and personalized coaching to overcome barriers and move confidently toward meaningful employment. Whether you’re entering the workforce for the first time, rejoining it after a break, or navigating complex challenges, we’re here to walk beside you every step of the way.
