At Adelante Community, we believe in the power of support, connection, and forward momentum. Adelante means “to move forward” — and that’s exactly what we aim to do, together with the people we serve.
We are a community-focused nonprofit dedicated to uplifting underserved neighborhoods by providing essential resources, programs, and advocacy. Our mission is to strengthen individuals and families through access to education, housing support, employment opportunities, health & wellness initiatives, and mental health resources.
We partner with local agencies, grassroots leaders, and residents to co-create sustainable solutions rooted in inclusion and dignity. Whether it’s a mentoring program for youth, legal aid for immigrants, food distribution, or community wellness events—we build pathways to progress.
