About the Organization
At CEOWorks (Center for Employment Opportunities), we believe that “returning home” should mean returning with opportunity—because no past should define your future. Every year, more than 600,000 people come home from incarceration, and we help them rebuild their lives through work, training, and support. 
As one of the largest reentry employment providers in the U.S., our mission blends direct services, advocacy, innovation, and partnerships to transform criminal justice investment and build pathways to sustainable livelihoods. 
From crew staffing and direct hiring to corporate engagement and fair-chance consulting, we work across sectors to remove barriers, align systems, and create opportunities. 
CEOWorks has grown from one site in New York to over 30 sites across 12 states, serving more than 8,000 individuals annually. Through data, evidence, and participant feedback, we scale with intentionality and impact.
